Dear Memory Bank, Breckenridge Day 1...

We took our first family-of-3 vacation!  The Coles invited us to stay at their timeshare in Breckenridge, CO.  We loved it when we went in September so we definitely wanted to go.  Since Bo had been having rough days and nights, we weren’t sure if we would go, or if we would go and leave him behind, but we ended up taking him.
It began on Saturday night when the Cole’s arrived.  The kids played in the blow up pool in the backyard, and we ate pizza.  Bo slept good that night, providing us with a healthy dose of false confidence.  We got up, went to early service, packed our picnic lunch, and hit the road.
It was a LONG day of driving.  We stopped for a picnic lunch in Clayton and fed Bo there.  Then we stopped at a roadside stop in Colorado north of Pueblo.  Our final stop was in Hartsel to eat before arriving in Breck.  The girls rode with us from Pueblo on and kept Bo entertained.
Bo was a good boy.  I thought he would sleep the whole way, but he didn’t.  He took a good 2 hour nap to Clayton, then took 2 cat naps after that.
Awake...

Going...
 Going...
Gone...
We were glad to arrive and especially glad to see we were staying in such a neat place, Grand Timber Lodge.  Our room was on the opposite side of the condo and had 3 doors we could close so we felt pretty good about Bo not disturbing the Coles.
