Dear Bo, Farewell to the Paci and Hello to the Walker...

Well, we pulled the plug now that you're 1!  We started Friday night.  I was really nervous about it, but lots of moms and the even the doctor said it's easier the younger you do it so I went for it.  I decided I wouldn't battle you, that I would go in and comfort you when you needed it and see how you were doing without it on Monday.  Low and behold, you didn't utter a single cry on Friday night when I put you down without it!  Nor did you cry on Saturday during your naps or Saturday night!  You cried when you went down for your afternoon nap on Sunday, but it's hard to know if it was the paci you were missing or not.  What a champ you are!

You're officially up and running on the walker.  You're even trying to figure out how to maneuver it.  It's so cute to see someone so little walking behind that thing!
