A delicious breakfast at our hotel, a punctual arrival at our gate (translation: early arrival at our gate), and we were off to Puerto Vallarta (enjoying first class no less!)…
We arrived at our hotel (Playa Los Arcos) without incident and after a walk around the hotel, we spent the afternoon on the beach.
Soon it was supper time, and we walked to a restaurant I read about on Fodor’s travel forums, Margarita Grill. We were not disappointed. We enjoyed the BEST salsa (made right before us), delicious guacamole (also made right before us), and assemble-yourself-tacos. Yum.
